we are apavi.
We revive commercial space into distinctive, affordable homes.

what we do.

At Apavi, we find, fund and develop properties against a blend of design, sustainability and affordability characteristics. Working with a host of specialist architects, structural engineers and other partners, our carefully curated & growing portfolio is designed to provide:

End to End Management

We manage the whole development process to ensure our values are imprinted on every project. This starts with sourcing all the way to completion.

Creating Homes

We aim to create affordable and bespoke homes for rent or purchase in prime locations across the UK.

Value Generation

Not only do our projects deliver for our home buyers/renters but they also deliver unique investment opportunities. This ranges across debt, equity and JV financing.

why we do it.

We have some rebalancing to do.

The Problem.

The UK alone needs approximately 300,000 new properties per annum. At present, only 100,000 properties are being constructed – primarily in the form of new builds. The current gravitation and government support towards new builds has not only resulted in a price premium (with buyers often paying up to 15% more for a new build property), it has also led to the destruction of characterful properties, and can expend up to 300% more carbon versus renovating existing structures.

The solution.

Our towns and cities are filled with vacant commercial property, which is where the Apavi difference comes in. Our proprietary sourcing strategy allows us to repurpose commercial units, bringing life back into the high street and increase housing for those who really need it. By re-purposing unloved commercial buildings into affordable homes, Apavi can implement a more sustainably-minded strategy on a project-by-project basis.
